The mission of Lux-SIR is to enable the most successful national or international research work to be financed. The funding includes all the costs necessary to present the research work in the most advanced scientific seminars (participation fees, means of transport, accommodation, etc.)
Lux-SIR aims for excellence. It also supports very young researchers, who find it difficult to share their knowledge in the scientific world through their work. It also allows researchers emeritus who are no longer funded by their laboratories or other organizations, because of their status as pensioners, to continue their course of scientific publications under optimal and decent financial conditions. Lux-SIR may also serve as an affiliation for researchers who have no affiliation. It is now common to associate the researcher with an organization. Indeed for many reasons, some researchers have no affiliation which can sometimes be an obstacle to the presentation of research or publication of scientific articles.
Each work sponsored by the scientific research association is published as an article on the Lux SIR’s website to allow the community of researchers or the “curious” to take advantage of new discoveries in their fields. The researcher will not receive any remuneration for the publication of his work.
